Prive Casting Content Liability and Release Form
1) RELEASE
I understand that I am the sole bearer of responsibility for obtaining permission from all appropriate parties for the use of all content included in my Prive Casting profile (including but not limited to photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips) and have been granted such permission prior to its release to and use on the Prive Casting website. I release The Prive Group and any of its affiliates or associated partners (collectively “TPG”) from any and all forms of lawsuit(s) or accusations of copyright infringement pertaining to any of the content included in my Prive Casting profile.

2) LIABILTIES
The Prive Group and its employees, vendors or partners are in no way responsible for: * Third party costs that you may incur while using the Prive Casting website or other affiliated software. * Lost time, wages and reputation, punitive or otherwise, while using the Prive Casting website or other affiliated software. * Repair or replacement of any perceived hardware or software damage that may occur while using the Prive Casting website or other affiliated software.
The Prive Group and its employees, vendors or partners are in no way responsible for: * Third party costs that you may incur while using the Prive Casting website or other affiliated software. * Lost time, wages and reputation, punitive or otherwise, while using the Prive Casting website or other affiliated software. * Repair or replacement of any perceived hardware or software damage that may occur while using the Prive Casting website or other affiliated software.
3) CONTENT
All materials published on the site (including but not limited to photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips) must be released to The Prive Group with all necessary permissions granted as outlined in Section One of this document and are thereafter known and recognized as "Content" of The Prive Group and protected by all applicable copyright laws. While talent are the owners of their respective files and the content contained therein, The Prive Group is the controller of the files and has sole discretion as to its use and display. As controller of the files, The Prive Group reserves the right to use the files as desired, on a non-exclusive basis, for such things as marketing campaigns and contests. Resale or any other type of "redistribution for money or trade" of the content contained in your The Prive Group profile is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent account termination with no refund. Violation of this clause also invites The Prive Group to pursue whatever legal action is deemed appropriate.

Technical issues beyond The Prive Group’ control will exist, including, but not limited to, internet connectivity issues, outdated or unsupported software, operating systems, processors and platforms and/or corrupted, infected or otherwise compromised computer systems. The Prive Group is not responsible for solving issues which reside on the end user’s local system. The Prive Group may, as a courtesy, make recommendations to solve certain end user technical issues. However, The Prive Group makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the outcome. By following such recommendations, the end user is proceeding "at their own risk" and holds The Prive Group harmless of any unfavorable results. The Prive Group reserves the right to change our format and technological parameters/specifications as we see fit to best meet the needs of our customers and may do so at any time without notice.
